Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the lot
- Respond to and follow up with internet and social media leads
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Gather customer information and assist with financing applications
- Maintain communication with customers before and after the sale
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and vehicle features
- Work with management to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to pass a driving record review
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive features
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays
